The information, services, and storage solutions provided by Gold And Silver Coin Vault (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are intended solely for informational and convenience purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We strongly recommend that customers seek independent professional advice before making any decisions involving the purchase, sale, or storage of precious metals.

All gold and silver coins stored with Gold And Silver Coin Vault  are held under a bailment arrangement, and title to the stored assets remains with the customer at all times. While we take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard stored assets, including third-party insurance and security measures, we do not guarantee the absolute safety or future value of any stored items. Storage is provided at the customer’s own risk.

Gold And Silver Coin Vault disclaims any and all liability for losses, theft, damage, depreciation in value, or delays in access due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, government regulation, or service disruptions.

All transactions are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which are available upon request and must be reviewed and accepted by the customer before any vaulting services are rendered. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and to assume full responsibility for your investment decisions.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of storage and related services provided by Gold And Silver Coin Vault to any individual or entity  who uses our gold and silver coin vault services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

3. Storage Services

We offer secure storage for physical precious metals, including but not limited to gold and silver coins and bars. All assets are stored in a secured vault facility and remain the property of the Client at all times.

4. Insurance and Liability

Stored items may be insured under a policy arranged by [Company Name] or its third-party providers. However, coverage limits may apply. [Company Name] is not liable for any loss or damage exceeding the value specified in our insurance policy. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding your coverage.

5. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay all applicable storage, handling, and administrative fees as disclosed at the time of engagement or as subsequently updated. Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Access and Withdrawal

Withdrawals or retrievals must be requested in writing and are subject to verification, handling times, and applicable fees. We reserve the right to require advance notice for large or unusual withdrawals.

7. Verification and Compliance

All Clients must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including identity verification procedures and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service or report suspicious activity as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Name] shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or investment value. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or technical failures.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, stored items must be retrieved or transferred within a reasonable time frame, subject to applicable fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
